Meet the Maker

Hi, I’m Jess—the heart behind Sparrow’s Nesting Place.

I’m a mom of three (17, 13, and 9), and like a lot of moms, my days have long been full of taking care of everyone else. Somewhere along the way, I felt a pull for something that was mine too...something I could build, create, and share with others outside of just mom life.

What started as a small step in that direction quickly became something so much more meaningful.

I began paying closer attention to what I was using in our home. I was wanting products that felt safe, clean, and still made our space feel cozy and inviting. I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for, so I started making it.

But alongside that, God has also placed a deep love in my heart for His Word. I love to teach the Bible and encourage other women in their faith. I currently lead a local moms group where we gather, grow, and walk through Scripture together and it’s one of the most life giving parts of my week.

Sparrow’s Nesting Place has become a place where both of those passions meet—creating and encouraging. It’s more than just products to me. It’s a way to bring intention into the home while also pointing back to what truly matters.

The name comes from Matthew 10:31—“You are more valuable than many sparrows.” A reminder I come back to often in both life and business.

My heart is not only to create products for your home, but also to continue speaking, teaching, and creating in spaces where women can be encouraged, equipped, and reminded of their worth in Christ.

This business has become more than I ever expected. It’s been a space for creativity, purpose, and connection. And I’m so grateful you’re here, being a part of it.
