Want a fragrance created specifically for your business, event, organization or special occasion? We can develop a custom fragrance specifically for your project.

CUSTOM FRAGRANCE DEVELOPMENT & TESTING

$75 one-time development fee

Includes:

• Custom fragrance development and blending
• Fragrance testing in wax
• Wick testing for the client-provided vessel
• Determining the appropriate candle fill weight

$50 of the development fee may be credited toward the first production order of 12+ candles.

Custom Vessel Candle Production

Have a vessel you love? We can fill it with any of our available scents and create a finished candle made specifically for you.

Because you provide the vessel, custom candles are priced by the finished candle fill weight, not the size of the vessel.

$1.75 per finished ounce

Minimum fill: 6 oz

Volume Pricing

The more you order, the more you save:

• 8–23 candles: $1.75/oz
• 24–47 candles: $1.65/oz
• 48+ candles: $1.55/oz

Custom Scents

Want a scent created specifically for your business, event or organization?

Your first order of a custom scent requires a minimum of 8 candles. Once your custom scent has been created, reorders require a minimum of 6 candles.

All vessels must be clean, empty and suitable for candle making. Final fill weight and wick selection will be confirmed after we receive and test your vessels to ensure the candle burns safely and properly.

LABELING OPTIONS

Client-Provided Labels — INCLUDED
Professionally printed labels supplied by the client may be provided and will be applied to each candle at no additional charge.

Custom Label Design — $25 one-time fee
Sparrow’s Nesting Place can create a custom label design to complement your brand and candle. Includes one initial design and one round of revisions.

Custom Printed Labels — $0.50 each
Includes printing the approved custom design on 2” × 2” glossy labels.

Label Application — INCLUDED

Additional design revisions beyond the included revision: $10 each

CUSTOM ORDER DETAILS

• Client provides candle safe vessels.
• Vessels must be approved for candle use before production.
• Final wick selection and fill weight will be determined through testing, client provides 3 vessels for testing. Any unused vessels will be returned.
• Custom fragrance development begins after the development fee is received.
• Production begins after the custom scent and vessel have been approved.
• Pricing includes wax, fragrance, wick, pouring and standard candle finishing.
• Client-provided professionally printed labels are included.
• Custom label printing is available for an additional $0.50 per candle.
• Any Shipping costs will be calculated and invoiced accordingly. 

All custom candle pricing is subject to final confirmation following fragrance and vessel testing.
