We ship in the U.S. Orders are packed on business days only. Please allow 8-10 business days for your order to be filled, especially in the busiest season. Free shipping on orders $60+. Orders $100+ also receive a free surprise gift.

You will receive a shipping confirmation when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is usually ready within 8-10 business days. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup at 1124 Homestead Drive, Yorkville, IL.

Local pickup policy: Pickup orders are held in our pickup bin at 1124 Homestead Drive, Yorkville, and can be picked up anytime once ready. If an order is not picked up within 30 days of being ready, the order will be voided, the items will be pulled from the bin, and no refund will be given.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of these products, there are no returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. See our full Return Policy page for details.
