Shipping: We ship orders anywhere in the U.S. We pack orders on business days only (we don't work weekends), so please allow 8-10 business days for your order to be filled, especially in our busiest season. Shipping is free on orders $60+. You'll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your items are created and shipped. Some notifications have been known to go to your spam folder, so please check your spam folder!
Local Pickup: Choosing local pickup? Your order will usually be ready within 8-10 business days, and we'll send you a pickup notification when it's ready. Pick up your order at 1124 Homestead Drive, Yorkville IL.
Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

Candle Care:
- Always trim your wick to 1/4 inch before each burn.
- For optimal performance, burn your candle for 2-3 hours at a time, and let your first burn melt all the way to the edges.
- Never burn a candle unattended.
- Do not burn on or near anything flammable - Never burn your candle for longer than 4 hours without trimming the wick .
